What made IT Support RI stand out was definitely that they were local and that they were a company that would go to our sites as well, someone who isn’t afraid to be hands-on and actually working at our physical location.
If I were to describe IT Support RI in one word, I’d say “easy”. It’s been very easy to work with IT Support RI, it’s easy to get connected with an individual, and it’s very transparent. Knowledge wise, I am not necessarily someone who knows all of the IT lingo in the world, so they’re able to put it into layman’s terms for myself and so that makes it easy.
I’d have to say that the most value is actually the people side. Obviously there’s the services when it comes to automatically putting in new hardware and being very available, but the personnel side I feel is very valuable. Myself being HR and organizational development, I know that the people side of businesses is very important and working with IT Support RI doesn’t feel like I’m working with a business and I’m the customer of the business. It feels like I’m a partner in IT and all of their people are very professional, they’re easy to work with, very outgoing, supportive, and caring. So that’s actually what I think is the most valuable part of IT Support RI, not only are they experts in the IT side, but the personnel side and working with people, they have great people skills.
